How large a cage can this cage liner be applied to?

The liner itself expands to 48×24 inches (2×4 feet), so it is only applicable to 48×24 inch fences.

How high should the crossbar on the fence be so that the hook can be hung?

As long as the height of the crossbar is 10.2-11.8 inches above the ground, the hook can be hung. If there is no crossbar on the panel, it cannot be applied.

Will there be scratches after long-term use?

No, after half a year of use, the paws of guinea pigs, rabbits, etc. are not enough to scratch the thickened PVC.

Is it convenient to reinstall after disassembly? I may need regular overall cleaning.

Very quick, remove the hook and you can move the whole body. After washing the cage liner, hang the hook back on.
